These little gem is in oakland in the historic waterfront,warehouse-district of Jack London Sq.What is so good about this 1 bdrm, 1,bth, 1250 sq ft gem is that it is a true loft conversion that took place back in 1997...not a new piece of concrete that is being constructed today.. It also has 14 foot ceilings as well.
